QUICK START GUIDE:

4 STEP QUICK START

1. Get items you need from your local stationary store.

  • If you already have a filing system, get enough blank labels. One label for each major file folder and hanging folder you have now. Just count them.

  • This way "Find Every FileTM" can print out nice numbers for each file folder and hanging file and you can just stick them on the files you have now...

  • Which blank labels? Our pre typed numbers for, "file folders" and "tabs", to fit "Return Address" size peel and stick, white, blank labels 1/2" x 1 3/4". Blank Labels must be the following size...
1/2" x 1 3/4" or (0.5" x 1.75") but not larger or smaller or they will not print correctly.

  • How many? For the 100 folders and hanging files above, you would need 200 of these blank labels.

  • MORE THAN 100 FILES: 100 is a pretty small filing system. 200 to 300 is average, 400 is a good size with room for future expansion.

  • If you think you will need 200 files, change all the above numbers for folders and hanging files and tabs to 200 and get 400 blank labels.
  • If you think you will have 300 files, change all the above numbers for folders, hanging files and tabs to 300 and get 600 blank labels.
  • If you think you will have 400 files, change all the above numbers for folders, and hanging files and tabs to 400 and get 800 blank labels.

  • If you have no filing system, give this list to the staff at the office supply store: … 100 Blank file folders, 100 hanging files, 100 Two inch wide, Tabs, for hanging files and importantly, enough blank Avery labels #08167. For 100 folders and 100 hanging files you would need 200 Avery #08167 labels.

2. DOWNLOAD: Download the System from the internet. (see "how to download" on the web site if you need help) Run the installation wizard.

3. PRINT: Print on the blank labels. No typing for you.
